This is a loyalty program that, through a points collection system via the app, offers exclusive benefits to registered members.
Customers can progress through 4 different LEVELS by earning points with purchases made in our restaurants, online, or via the app (after logging into their account). Additionally, the app allows users to earn extra points by completing missions. You can find the full program terms and conditions at the following link.

You can register in two ways:

- Via the website: If you signed up directly on our website and completed your registration successfully, just follow the guided procedure. Please note that registration must be completed directly through the official Old Wild West website.

- Via the app: By completing the registration process on the app, you’ll gain access to your account and the section dedicated to your personal profile.

You earn 10 points for every €1 spent.

Remember to identify yourself before the receipt is issued by showing your digital card available in the App.

Loyalty points will be automatically credited to your card with each purchase at participating Old Wild West restaurants, or via the website or app (after logging in), at a rate of 10 points for every euro spent.

Points expire every year, exactly 12 months after your registration date with OWW Rewards.
